Hardware news sites have recently discovered that AMD CEO and President Lisa Su showcased unreleased silicon in a Forbes video interview from the end of May. The video was likely overlooked due to its title, "This CEO Made AMD Billions - Now She Wants To Dominate The Market With AI." Vietnamese technology enthusiast Hoang Anh Phu uploaded AI-upscaled screengrabs from the video to Twitter, revealing what appears to be a Navi 32 die shot.

While RDNA3 Navi 31 and Navi 33 GPU products have already hit the retail market, AMD has not publicly acknowledged that Navi 32 is in development. However, an example of the chip sits next to EPYC Genoa, Raphael, and Raphael X3D dies on a table in the Forbes video. Screenshots show an Infinity Cache setup with four memory stacks on a previously unseen die. Leaks suggest that Navi 32 will be a chiplet design with a GCD in the middle, surrounded by four MCDs. The full package area size is estimated to be around 350 mm².

The Forbes video also highlights Su's leadership in turning around AMD's fortunes and her focus on preparing for the AI revolution. From her office in Santa Clara, California, Su oversees a company with a rich history in Silicon Valley. She can even see the offices of arch-nemesis Intel from her window, whose market capitalization AMD has now surpassed.
