Noctua Unveils Updated Product Roadmap: New Coolers, Thermal Pads, and Power Supplies
Noctua has released an updated roadmap detailing the launch timelines for several highly anticipated products, many of which were previewed at Computex 2026. This update provides enthusiasts and professionals with a clearer picture of what to expect from the renowned cooling solutions manufacturer over the coming months and years.
Low-Profile Cooler for AMD AM5: Compact Performance Redefined
One of the standout announcements is Noctua’s upcoming low-profile CPU cooler designed specifically for AMD’s AM5 socket. This new model, a variant of the popular NH-L12 series, is engineered for small form factor (SFF) builds, standing just 70 mm tall. Despite its compact size, the cooler incorporates six 6 mm copper heat pipes and densely packed aluminium fins, ensuring efficient heat dissipation even in space-constrained environments.
The cooler is paired with Noctua’s advanced NF-A12x25 G2 120 mm fan, which delivers optimal airflow across the fins while maintaining quiet operation. Importantly, the design allows for approximately 35 mm of RAM clearance, making it compatible with a wide range of memory modules on ITX motherboards. Noctua has confirmed that this low-profile cooler is scheduled for release in Q2 2027, aligning with the timeline announced at Computex 2026.
Upcoming Releases: Thermal Pads, Mice, and Diagnostic Tools
In the nearer term, Noctua is preparing to launch its NT-CP1 carbon nanotube thermal pad for both AM4 and AM5 sockets in Q3 of this year. This thermal pad is designed to offer high thermal conductivity and ease of installation, providing an alternative to traditional thermal pastes for users seeking consistent performance and minimal maintenance.
Also arriving in Q3 is the Pulsar Feinmann F01 Noctua Edition mouse, catering to users who value precision and ergonomics in their peripherals. Alongside this, Noctua will introduce the WireView Pro II, a diagnostic tool capable of measuring voltage, power, temperature, and current across the entire 12V-2x6 connector, as well as individual pin readings. The Noctua Edition of the WireView Pro II features a CNC-machined aluminium case with a custom fan grill optimized for improved airflow-to-noise ratio. It is equipped with Noctua’s frameless NF-A4x10 PWM fan, which supports a semi-passive cooling mode for quieter operation during low-load scenarios.
Next-Generation Power Supplies and Workstation Coolers
Looking further ahead, Noctua has announced the upcoming release of the Seasonic Prime PX Noctua Edition and the next-generation Seasonic Prime TX Noctua Edition power supplies, both slated for Q2 2027. These power supplies are expected to feature Noctua’s signature cooling optimizations, ensuring reliable performance and quiet operation for demanding systems.
Additionally, Noctua is preparing to launch its next-generation workstation CPU coolers in the same timeframe. While details remain limited, it is yet to be confirmed whether these will be updated versions of the recently reviewed NL-LC1 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler or new air cooler designs.
Noctua’s latest roadmap underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and quality, with a strong focus on meeting the evolving needs of PC builders, enthusiasts, and professionals alike. As these products approach their release dates, users can look forward to a new wave of high-performance cooling and power solutions tailored for modern computing platforms.
